I woke up this morning to find an email from my niece who lives in Florida that said....I give up, where do I get the e-cigarette. She has been trying to quit cigarettes for months now. I could just read the discouragement in her words.

I just love this girl, she's also my Godchild, so when she's hurting, I hurt. Scottie, please beem me from St. Louis to Weston, Fl.!!!

Do any of you Floridians know if she can get her hand on something TODAY? I hate to make her wait for the mail. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Feel free to PM me.

I have no idea where Weston is but she might try local flea markets...or Totally Wicked in Bradenton.

w/ all the reading I've done, I never realized I just had to go to bradenton for supplies. where is Totally Wicked exactly? I got mine through the mail a couple days ago but didn't get a backup atty.

I drove 60 miles to Bradenton a few weeks ago to buy from TW, after having attended the opening of its vapors lounge in March. CLOSED, the sign said, due to staffing problems. Angry? Well, yeh ... but I expected it to be a money sink. We do not have the numbers needed for such a venture. Not anywhere, much less Bradenton. We are .. a kiosk industry.

You rock, Wolf!

Okay, I've done my Auntly duties and emailed my niece Wolf's contact info. Now the balls in her court. Wow, that only took 2 hours to make happen. We should try to plug that oil spill.:glare:

Seriously, we should think about starting a small franchise. It would take at least a year to get organized and to standardize the equipment and juice. By that time it might be economically feasible. I'd consider opening up one here in St. Louis.

The first time I ran out of juice I sat down with the yellow pages and called every smoke shop in the St. Louis area. NO ONE HAD IT! I was NOT going to spend $175 for a kit at the kiosk. I placed an order, bought a pack of cigarettes that tasted yucky, but got me through, and hunted the mailman like a dog in heat for the next 3 days.

I bet that the time will come in the not too distant future when there will be enough of us. I would happily pay a little more than the online prices to have the convenience and support the store. How about ya'll

Believe me, I have thought about that many times over the past year. Money and concerns over import issues are the two major obstacles that have stopped me. Just the fact that the Smoke 51 kiosk in the mall has continued to exist for a year selling $170 kits makes me absolutely confident that the market is wide open for a good kit at a reasonable price. I have bought many kits for people who didn't want to order something online that they were not at all familiar with.
