Welcome to the forum. If you only have one battery and one charger it's kinda hard to say which is faulty. Odds are the charger is the villain though, but since vaping really needs ten of everything you may as well get another nineof each.

There ya go, Pete.... I fixed it for ya!!

You say you just bought a new charger. Did the Emow kit not come with its own charger?
Either way, the battery terminal is not making contact with the charger center terminal. As others have suggested, you may need to pull one of those terminals out a fraction to meet the opposing terminal. Perhaps this may have been caused before by screwing the battery too tightly into the charger, causing one of the terminals to push inward.

Take the tip of a toothpick, nail file (do NOT push the button on the battery if using metal objects on the terminal), or anything else that you can get in there... use a little leverage and pull the center pin back up.

Problem is still the same... center pin has been pushed to far to make good contact... the only other suggestion that I would make to troubleshoot the problem would be to solder a small blob onto the centerpost of the charger itself... but then you'd have to be very careful to not have solder go over the isolator, and you would have to be very gentle when attaching your battery to not make the problem worse with the battery.... if you aren't good at soldering, I wouldn't suggest that route either, but I don't know what skills you may or may not have...

*edit*
Of course, I think it goes without saying, but you should probably unplug the charger before trying to solder on it..........
