Aro Winder 2000 VV/VW Charger Help!

I recently was given a Aro Winder VV/VW 2000mah. Great battery.. but I'm now second guessing my charger. I was told the Winder only needed a 420ma or 450ma eGo charger, which I already had. When I go to charge it, the Winder goes from Red (dead) to White (assuming charged) pretty quickly, under 3 hours after being completely drained. Which is cool and all but what has me wondering is the light on the charger NEVER turns green. Always is staying red.. I know with the eGo C-twist, which I originally bought the charger for it does a sort of 'am I charged yet' check but with the Winder it never does that.

Am I using the wrong charger? Does the light on the Winder only stay white or does it eventually turn off when fully charged?

If you go here, you can read up on it. It says the charge time should be about 4 hours (3 hours seems pretty close). It also says the color of the LED is dependent on which mode you are using (VV or VW), and I did not read anything about the LED going green. I hope the link helps. Also, I read somewhere that before you put it on the charger, you should set it to 4.2 volts (maybe that is the max?) to get a full charge. I can't remember where I read that though, so maybe it is not important! Good luck!
