I need help with Precise 18650

Ok, So I just received a Precise 18650 on trade. I cannot make it fire no matter what I do. I am trying to use an aw 18650 and an ibtanked tank. No matter how much i tweak or mess with it, it will not fire. i am not sure i even have all of the parts. I have put a picture up here that shows what all I have. I am completely at a loss for what I am doing wrong. Can someone please help me.

OK, so it looks like I am missing the washers for the button. Is there a good source for replacement washers?

My best guess is your switch isn't contacting the battery. To adjust that switch post up try 3 Or 4 #10 washers when using an IMR battery .

After messing with it more, I can get it to fire, but I need those washers in there. Can I just go to the hardware store and find them, or do I need to get them from super t?
