Sorry to hear that victor, these products are wonderful but do have a learning curve to them. And the carto tanks are damned handy once you figure them out. You can probably get a new switch/button housing from the vendor you bought your unit from.

I personally use a vtube (lavatube) variable voltage device. I used to own a provari but I found the vtube to perform just as well for a fraction of the price so I sold the provari.
With the vtube I just use boge cartomizers and a few tanks. apolloecigs has a vtube kit for 59.99. It comes with the device a charger a 18650 battery an atomizer and drip tip. Great sold device for the price in my opinion.
As for my cartomizers I will buy them from a couple different places. vaporkings, madvapes, and gotvapes

I hate to say it but you need to be careful when you are messing around with you batteries man, L-ion batts are not toys. I find the issues that arise with vapeing tend to run on the simple to fix side and am kicking myself atm for not making sure you primed you cartos before asking anything other questions. Sorry your unit is shorted and I hope you have a backup to use for the time being.
