No, you can't use rubber bands, it's too easy to spot, you have to use scotch tape. You just have to make sure that you wrap it tight enough so that it will actually spray when the water is turned on.

You really think it would be that profitable? I already have the means to make a cannabis flavored e-liquid that's 100% legal, but I was just going to get a group together to split up an order without taking any profits. Maybe step 2 after this order will be setting up shop and controlling the cannabis flavored e-liquid market
