I dove headfirst into the Reo back in June. Havent touched an "analog" since..Ive been happy ever since...
...but I still remember the cravings I had when I smoked. When I woke up...after I ate...when I got in the car...when I drank...etc. The cravings when I smoked were pretty intense. I HAD to have my cig at those points.
After about 4 months, I can say I really dont have those cravings anymore, except the after eating one. The first thing I do after I stuff myself is the grab the Reo. 2nd place comes the wake up, I still have a slight urge to vape as soon as I wake up.
Other than that I dont have any of the hard cravings I used to have, which is a good thing!
But then I step back and wonder, am I getting more nic vaping, and thats what lessens my cravings, or am I getting less, and Im just getting used to it?
Either way I dont really care, Im still happier vaping. I used to smoke 1 pad, and now I vape (appx) 3-4ml of 2.4 a day.

on the subject.
Turns out I wasn't much of a nic addict, but I'm very much addicted to the sensation of pulling something into my lungs. I started this little adventure intending to wean down to 0mg and then stopping vaping too. Now though I'm pretty happy where I am and for the time being have no intention of dropping it. I figure I'm a heck of a lot better off than where I was 2 years ago smoking 1 1/2 to 2 packs a day. So I've decided to keep on vaping for the time being.
