When I put the atlantis coil in my melo III mini atlantis coil got really really hot the whole tank got hot. then it somehow started to leak than realized the coil probably isn't supposed to go in that tank hoping it wasn't too late that i had screwed up my tank. So then I just put an eleaf ijust2 coil in and it did leak once but i haven't noticed it leaking but the juice from the tank seems to really be going fast and there are bubbles coming from the bottom of the tank, but no noticable leakage. I am worried I screwed my whole tank up, I changed the rubbers and it leaked less but i am still concerned because my juice seems to be used up quickly even at low wattages. Could it be when the atlantis coil heated my atomizer up it did something to the threads?

Hey MTB,

The tank itself should be fine. I would be worried about the battery unit; however, if it is rated for the type of coil (sub ohm etc) then if only the tank heated up, it should be fine. Just make sure the seals are ok; silicone is very durable at high temp and should be fine.

Threads will be fine if theyre metal, unless you heated your tank above 200C, which I dont think you did. I wouldnt worry about it.

Use the correct atomizer in your tank, unless you see experienced vapers doing otherwise.
