Hi all! I'm new to this forum and also new to vaping...roughly 10 or 11 days cigarette free. I have purchased a ton of equipment for vaping. So far I do enjoy most of it. The one I'm having a problem with is the Melo tank by eLeaf. I have the Aspire Atlantis which I like just fine. I went with the Melo because I read it has better coils. All the reviews I have read say the vapor production is on par with the Atlantis but the flavor is better. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong but the flavor is no where near as strong as it is on the Atlantis. I tried a Melo coil in the Atlantis tank as well. Same results...very low amount of flavor. I primed and let the coils/tanks sit overnight to try again. Just serious lacking flavor. Anyone else run into this? What could I be doing wrong? Used the same juice for all my tests...85/15 VG/PG. Thank you!

I have used a Atlantis and I have a Kanger Nano I like my Melo the best for flavor and vape, Did you try another coil when my first coil went bad it had no flavor and poor vape I put the other coil in and its perfect. I prime it put it on and let it sit 10 minutes start at low watts and work my way up, I have it at 23 watts and its perfect.

I tried a new coil in the Melo tank and a new coil in the Atlantis. They both gave the same results. The vapor cloud is pretty good. Just feels...really dry, I guess? And has very little flavor. Using the same fluid in my Atlantis tank gives a much more humid and flavorful vape. I must be doing something wrong. Everyone is saying the OCC Melo coils give better flavor.
