Way to go, and welcome to the club/family! (ECF and quitters LoL)

And turned into a real nasty creature just when I got low on cigarettes.

... and by low, you mean like down to 2 packs, right? That's usually when I started getting nervous... when all I had left were my car stash and drawer at work... and the open one...

Now, we just worry about uh oh, my fave flavor is below half full - time to reorder another 240ml!!! LoL

Thank you!! Happy to be here. How do you display that banner at the bottom?

When you get to 15 posts, and the system cycles, you are able to add a 'signature' from the Settings (upper right). You can look at them all as you post away, and find one you like, and click it - should bring you to the page to create them.

Congrats! I got my first ecig the beginning of February, it was a cheap super mini, but it helped me to cut back on the analogs. I received my KR8 on Monday and haven't had an analog since. I can't believe how easy it was to switch over once I had a good PV. I've finally started coughing up the nasties from my lungs (usually at night so I've been VERY tired the last couple of days), and my sense of smell is coming back already...let's just say that I can tell from another room that my kitty is getting plenty of fiber  Plus I went over to my friend's for awhile earlier this evening and the smoke smell made me a little queasy. I was worried that smelling the smoke would make me crave an analog; I'm glad it had the opposite effect!

Anyhow, I'm rambling on here...just wanted to say welcome to the quit club!!

Thanks to e-cigs, I have been cigarette free for 4 Days, 5 hours and 57 minutes (4 days). I have passed up 199 cigarettes. I have saved 16 hours and 35 minutes of my life. My Quit Date: 2/28/2011 3:05 PM

Hi, Barbie! Congrats! Isn't it exciting? I ran into a friend I hadn't seen in about a year, today, and told him that I quit smoking. I gave him a big, happy smile. He said, "You seem awfully calm for someone who just quit smoking." Trying to quit every other way was always pure hell. My 510 is making it easier than I ever dreamed possible. What's really amazing is, I am chain vaping 0mg waaaaay more than I am hitting the nic and I still don't feel as if I'm in danger of tearing anyone's head off!

Zero nic? How long have you been vaping/not smoking?

Just this week. Up until last Saturday, I was a pack a day smoker. Parliaments. In the last couple of days alone, I've added the 0mg juices and find myself chain vaping them, but only reaching for a few puffs of the 16mg or 24mg juices every few hours. It just proves to me how much of (my) habit is psychological. I definitely want the nicotine, but not nearly as much as I always thought I did.
