PTB isn't in the atty, it's in the cart, if someone buys Pyramid Tea Bags (from Lipton) to replace the polyfill that's usually in them.
Apparently there's some difference of opinion on whether what you've done is a good idea or not. Others have done the same and say it's great, others say it can shorten the atty life. I guess you'll get to find out!
What is the point of removing the mesh bridge? If you use cartridges, this completely defeats the purpose of the bridge. If you are dripping without the bridge, you will consistantly floord the atomizer and have inconsistant results from your atomizer. Let us know why this procedure was useful.
Dude, this makes almost no sense at all.I removed the wick thing at the base in the atty, AND the mesh covering the post.
I've had better hits with this than with a regular atty. This is with carts.
I haven't tried it yet with dripping.
Dude, this makes almost no sense at all.
If you're right, then you are about to teach us all something.
The mesh is needed to wick up juice from the cartridges, as far as I understand it.
And the wicking material underneath the bridge helps to funnel it down to the atomizer coil.
Removing either is bad, but removing both should make your atomizer almost useless.
I'm sure looking forward to finding out what is going on here.
I removed the mesh also, but only because it 'melted' and was pooled at the bottom of the bridge. Mine was vaping better than it ever had before but I wasn't sure if it was safe to continue to use it that way. Maybe I'll give it a shot. Hmmm...
You all have no clue how an atomizer works. Provide some specific information abot how removing the bridge and/or mesh around the bridge has significantly enhanced you vaping expereince.
Pics!!! Show us what you did (you did say you have yet to 'pick up the lingo) ?
