I don´t use faux hybrids (like the GG above) nor monkey mods.

Gotta have a side button (Esterigon) and only a real hybrid or a 510 pin for me also.

Sorry I am not up with the term "Monkey mod"- what does this mean? I also prefer not to use faux hybrids but I do have some in the collection.

The only thing with a real hybrid is how do you read the resistance of the build, as you can't screw it onto a 510 meter or a mod to check the resistance? Do you need to use a multimeter?

I see, my favourite mech is comfortable for me to fire from the bottom the COV Kindred V2, but it is a monkey mech lol.

Makes sense, I would be a bit scared with a full hybrid in case there was a short, but a really nice model would be nice to have.

But my Caravela (bottom butten) is now 13 years old, and still vapes like new.
HCigar took them over in 2014, when Pedro stopped making them.
Some years back I found brass HCigar Caravela's on closeout for $7.49.
So I bought 4 of them. Then I found SS HCigar Caravela's on closeout for $4.99
So I bought 6 of them. (never been used .... yet)

I've bought several other mech mods over the years, but I've always gone back to the Caravela.
IMO it's the best mech ever made. (even if it is a bottom butten )

Sounds good and you have some backups of your favourite mech mod!

I am not familiar with the Caravela, I can't find any images online either where I imagine it is an older model- could you share a photo of your favourite mod as I am interested in what it looks like?
