I screwed up ordering... Ego on 510?

So in my haste to get an order in before going to bed, I just ordered from madvapes.com a couple of new cartomizers for my 510 Puck mod... and upon looking at my confirmation email, I realize I clicked and ordered the Ego cartos rather than the 510 cartos

Now from what I have read, 510 cartos will screw onto Ego batteries, just without that neat pretty ring around the connector. Would it be possible, perhaps through the use of a Dremel or something, to chop off the ring from the Ego cartos to make them work with a standard 510 connector?

I'd send them an email and see if you can correct it. They're probably asleep too.

Also, 510 to Ego adapters exist……it'll just look weird. And because of the size, you might not need it……really depends on how big your battery is.

Actually now that I look it appears the carto is a standard 510 connector, but labeled as being for the Ego 2.5ml tank. eGo 2.5 ml Tank Replacement Cartomizer 2 ohm

I've already put in a ticket, but is there a chance this carto might work with this tank anyway?

I'm not making promises, but it looks like that cartomizer will work in that tank. From looking at their website, it looks like all their cartos are the same height, which is the deciding factor. Since they seem to have a 2.5 and a 3.5 ml tank, it could well be that the variation between the two is the diameter of the tanks, but it's difficult to confirm on their website as they don't give you enough info.

Oh, yeah…i think that's fine. I thought you meant something like the giant ego mega xxxxxxxxxl ridiculous carto thing that holds like 5ml of juice on its own.

They're labeled differently because, well, actually i have no idea. I assumed it was because it was chinese and they just add random adjectives to things for no reason.

Put in a ticket last night before I went to bed... woke up first thing this morning to a note letting me know they would pack the cartos I wanted rather than the ones ordered. Fifty points to MadVapes lol
