Is there a way to prevent dark juices fr eating coils????

I put my first order in with mbv this morning;

-Irish cream
-555
-RY4
-hazelnut coffee

I normally get Irish cream and RY4 from a local company; but I figured I wanted to try the 555 from MBV anyway so
I just added my normal order through them to save on shipping. Plus MBV is about 5 bucks less than my local for a
30mil bottle.
So I finally got around to opening their conformation email and decided to take a another look at the descriptions .,
BOY DID I EVER SCREW Up- it's all dark juices except the Irish coffee. Guess I need to rose a few boxes of heads for my aerotanks now. ...
I would call them but totally no ones fault but my own

I don't know of any way to prevent it, but I cut down on the problem by doing FREQUENT mini-dry-burns. I just take it out of the tank and burn it for a while -- I don't remove the wick or anything, since I'm not actually burning it dry. I can tell when I'm "done" because the sound changes. I do this probably half a dozen times a day.

I go through coils like nobody's business -- I loves me some sweet, dark, thick juices -- and this helps me get 2-3 times as much life out of a coil.

Coil gunking is a bane of dark, sweet juices.....no avoiding it....
The "mini dry-burn" that melissa1928 suggests can HELP...but, for max flavor transfer, it's best to do a FULL dry burn (DON'T DRY BURN COTTON WICKS!!)....how often you do it will depend on how much you vape, of course....When I drip Boba's Bounty I dry burn after EVERY vape session!! YMMV......
Happy (vaping) Trails!

I just try to use those coil eaters in a dripper or something where I can change out the wick and dry burn the coil. It's a little better imo.

I've considered that; only, I don't wanna fidget with all of that. I just wanna fill up a tank, grab a brew and relax lol.
I work with electronics all day and it's kind of like the painter whose car is a wreck. Mess with it enough at work don't wanna mess with it at home lol.
Just gotta get through this shipment and keep changing out coils

Agreed, I gave up on replacement coils months ago and never looked back. But unfortunately it turns out that every juice I happen to LOVE gunks and blackens the crap out of my coils. With the juice I use now im lucky to get through one whole day without having to burn the gunk off and re wick with cotton. It sucks, but its worth it.

Way cheaper than prefab coils lol. Thats the main part. I hated dry burning anyways. I could always tell the taste was different when I loaded juice in a tank I just dry burned.

I'm telling you, I have a Kayfun and I really don't mind burning my coils (not that 8 ever have) If I do I'll just build another for like 50 cent.

Really don't wanna get into the cool building thing; but, every juice I find that I really like is a gunk builder and I'm about to give up on my quest for the same flavor but lighter colored. :(
Not to mention from what I've read it seams as though the regulated mods don't work as well for RBA'z (could be wrong) and i do love the performance of my system (provari with aerotank).
Would the provari perform as we'll with an RBA. And what would the starter cost be (ball park) for an RBA. I have only seen an RBA once so I have zero exposure to them.

It depends really, you could buy an igo-l for like around 12 bucks I think? I forget, I dont use them anymore but prices range anywhere from like 10$ to 120$+. I dont have experience with a provari but I know stuff like the dna20 or 30 are good with rda's. Take it from someone who also enjoys the coil killers, it still kills my coils I made but its just easier to maintain this way. Every juice I find to be all day vape status is a gunker, so I know where your coming from trust me.

I also know how that feels lol as im sure we all do. If its a route you feel like you wanna go down at some point, this is the place to learn, a lot of good advice and tips on this forum. Not tryin to talk you into anything you dont want to do.

Appreciate that, yeah I'm reading some info on it... Not sure what I want. Hahaha
I wanna load up a tank with my nice dark juice open a beer and relax. Or grab my rig and head out. Without having to build a coil or clean A tank, clean. Coil, replace a coil. Once a weak replacement was no biggie with the light juices but from what I've had they just don't do it for me..... .......s lol :(

Yes you can use a Provari on the Kayfun and my Kayfun clone cost me $45. I'd actually say you'll get a better vape with the Kayfun than you will the Aerotank (I owned an Aerotank). you say you "dont want to get into the coil building thing" by the time you dry burn your coil on an Aerotank I'd be able to make 3 brand spanking new coils that taste much better than a dry burned one.

Sounds like your'e just not motivated to vape buddy. You can't spend 5 minutes of your life to build a coil? lol. I mean if you don't wanna spend time to do it why not just buy a bunch of coils for your Aerotank and change them out when you need to?
