I should know, but I don't...

I've been on a few different forums, visited countless sites, been to a handful of B&M locations, and now, I request help/opinions/etc.

I've been vaping for 2 or 3 years, and lets just say, I haven't been too adventurous - I mean, I just did my first dry burn this weekend.

I started with 2 ego twists and a few stardust attys. I then "upgraded" to bottom coil tanks, carto tanks like the vivi nova, purchased a few more egos, then I jumped right to an evic.

Don't get me wrong - its a kick ... unit, however, way too advanced for me. I promptly returned it (thankfully, they allowed it) I ended up getting an X6 http://fasttechcdn.com/products/136/1368500/1368500-3.jpg and couldn't have been happier. I love it. <b>love it</b> Pair that bad boy with a protank2 or mini 3, and I am set.

Until now...

It could be me - it could be the tanks/batteries/juice....Nothing is doing it for me any longer. I loved a few flavors, got burnt out. Found a few more, then again, burn out. Now I tolerate most flavors anymore, non were nearly as amazing as my first few months. I think maybe it could be the power behind it?

I am looking for a new battery thinking that maybe with the mini 3 being a dual coil, it may be perfection.

So I ask of you - suggestions. I do have a few requirements however - mech mods terrify me. RBA terrifies me. I want to be able to use my protank 2 and mini 3. I don't want it to be larger than the X6 - I have child sized hands and I look ridiculous with anything larger. ((The X6, if I hold in a fist at the bottom, my fist doesn't even come close to the button)) I am used to using a charger, not individual batteries - but open to the idea. I think I just need something that hits hotter? I don't care for the box mod look, but I can girly it up - so it could work, but I would prefer a "pen" style.

Any thoughts or ideas are welcome. Thanks!!

I have had, and did have, much of the same equipment as you. I really like my itaste vv3. The difference in vapor production between it and an x6 is amazing. I'm not sure that it will "heat up" as high as you want it to, but it was a good step up for me.

I also just saw on "deals and steals" that 101 vapes has it on sale for 25.99

you might try lowering the ohms on the coils your using. though i don't recommend it, you might need to up your nic level some.

I don't grasp the ohm/coil quite yet. lol I use whatever the B&M store gives me when I tell them that tank I use. I have the mini 3 with 1.5ohm dual coil and the protank2 is 2.5 ohm single coil. I know that at some point a shop gave me the wrong resistance carto and I wasn't able to vape at all...

I actually haven't ever used Fasttech - just stole the photo lol. This looks very similar to the iTaste vv3 that pokemom suggested. I really like the pass-through features

The itaste vv3 has better quality, but only goes to 5 volts, this one goes to 6 volts or 15 watts, so a little more power.
But both will meet your needs.

Are you smoke free or a dual user? What voltage/watts and ohms do you prefer? Have you vaped food flavors or tobacco flavors exclusively? Have you tried juices that simulate smoking? Did you ever get bored with smoking?

Personally, I vape to replace smokes... not eating. If I had a steady diet, no matter how good it tasted, of any kind of food I would soon tire of it and I never tired of smoking. I use ADVs that simulate smoking and use food flavors as an occasional novelty just as, when eating, I have the occasional dessert or piece of fruit but could never live on them. Of course, I'm not a sweets eater either so maybe that's why I could never vape those exclusively.

I just vape juice. I haven't tried any tobacco flavors for fear of wanting an analog. I've always done sweet/fruit flavors. I'd love to find a super strong skittles type flavor - I just can't seem to find any juice that is a strong enough flavor...

That control head - that can be thrown on an ego tube with the batteries inside? What?!? I've never seen that!
