No worries, thanks for having the guts to come back on the forum and post the outcome. We have all been there, had problems, and got used to bad or non-existent CS these days. If you give these guys a chance, eventually they will respond and make amends - and then some in most cases. Very glad to hear it is worked out, thanks again for posting back.

There may [or may not be] an option to edit your original post. Perhaps you could consider, a) leaving your first post as it is, and b) appending a conclusion to your experience, so that inquiring minds can know the progress of your experience without having to dig through three pages? :) Just a suggestion, glad it was worked out!!!

way to go Dave! I haven't seen this type of service before. Its very difficult to turn around a customer who is DONE.

Thanks Phish!!

Right now I am chillin on couch with leg propped up, after a 2 hour surgery... On pain meds :) So maybe I should stay away from doin any kind of Customer Service or I will bankrupt V4L (ya know, give the farm away)... Anywhoooooo... I am tickled that we were able to resolve the issues.

Cheers to everyone - I don't know how often I will be online in the next 24-48 hours, but I will try.

Thx

Dave what happened to you?I hope your okay.Try to relax.

Broke my leg a long time ago (and you know what, that was when I first met SMILIN - and HE was the ONLY person who would drive miles and miles out of his way to give me rides, and I NEVER forgot it - he is a great friend - not just to youz guyz, but to me personally) .... they put plates and screws in to fix me up.

Long story short, I got a few screws loose (too easy, so don't even try) and my stabilizer bar is broken causing me daily pain. My doctor advised me to do this surgery months ago, but I was chicken.

Anyway - I am ok, the surgery went well, and I am now on the mend.

Thanks Y'all
Dave
