Went to do laundry earlier, brought my eGoNova along. Landlord was in there doing her laundry as well and since we're on good terms, we ended up chatting about my ecig(her and her husband smoke)
Turns out they had tried ecigs before, but the results had been less than stellar. Guess what their first foray into ecigs involved?

Blu. Shocker eh?

Anyway, long story short, they're gonna hit up the local store and probably end up with an eGo-C kit

That's great!!
You know, one of the things I love about this community is that we, as a group of vapers, care about others that haven't made the switch. I don't think I've ever seen a post where a vaper is putting a smoker down. They just sincerely want the best for them and want to help in any way they can. In other words, I love seeing your kind of post! Hope your landlady and her husband end up loving it as much as we do!

I also let her try a few of my toys
Got a KangerT3, a little mini-clearo and the miniNova, each had different mixes of juice and she liked all 3
Tho at one point while chatting with them they both lit up and she starts going nuts asking me if it's ok, if I need to stand upwind of them, etc, etc and I had to tell her a dozen times "Nah, it's fine. Don't like the smell anymore, but it isn't an issue"

I can't count the number of times that my husband and I have been asked in the last year what those things are. He uses a custom Maximum Vapors Max Woodiebox, I use a Lavatube with a plethora of Phiniac custom tanks. And people are fascinated by them. There will come a time, I think, when a lot more people will be accustomed to having the questions. But, as we live in California (a notoriously anti-smoker state), I suspect we're just experiencing a glut of people by necessity rather than by preference. :)

Good for you for converting the landlord... and here's hoping they make the switch!
