I think I'm kinda nervous.

Good Afternoon everyone,
I have never thought that I could quit smoking. I started when I was 18 and now many years later I had reached the point where I didn't even want to try to stop because I just knew it would end in disappointment. After reading the entries here I felt like I can do it with the help of V4L and the encouragement of the people in this forum. I ordered the Ultimate Ultimatum Monday and I figure it will arrive tomorrow. I don't have a clue if I got the right cartomizers. M'boro 11 mg...hey, they got lots more to pick from so I figure from the first batch I should get a handle on what I 'really' need. I enjoy reading all of the comments and once I have my kit I'll be back to share my experiences.

Welcome dry,

I don't think you will be disappointed with your purchase. I had been smoking since I was 13 and tried every way to quit and it never worked. But thanks to Steve and the Vapor King I no longer want analogs.

Congrats! Speaking from my own point of view - 1 pack a day for more then half my life, I never thought I could do it either. I have quit several times but never lost my desire for a smoke. Never! I can honestly say that I have NO desire to smoke. I am so content with the vaping, I know that I will never go back to smoking. When I first started vaping (on the 510) without effort I went from 1 pack a day to about 3 or 4 a day. Once I got the hang of all the hassle of vaping the 510, I was able to quit completely and didn't even miss it. My thing was I wanted consistant throat hits and taste without all the hassle of the 510 and I found it with the VK. I think you will be thrilled. Right now I find the 16 and 18mg satisfying, but with the passthroughs at night I use the 6 or 8mg. Cappucino 16 seems to be the one I tend to vape all day... very satisfying! Good luck and be sure to let us know how you like it! ;)

Agree with Jen about the coffee very nice vape. I am loving the pineapple and peach as well as the menthol. Smoker since around 18 as well and I was doing 1-2 packs a day lights. I started with the 11mg like you and was still smoking a few a day. Bumped it up to 18mg and that was the sweet spot for me with the occasional 24mg. Good luck and it will be easy once you get into the swing of things. You will never want an analog again.

I can tell you that this is the only way I have been able to leave cigs alone! It's been 10 days and I have been around smokers with ZERO desire to light up(In fact, they all want a VK now!) I tried the patch, and the gum with nothing positive other than losing money buying them. I have found the Mboro16's to be my favorite but there are a lot of options too. I slow down to the 8's at night but need the 16's in the morning with my coffee :D I hope your experience is as positive as mine and others on this forum! I think you'll LOVE IT! On a side note, my lungs feel clearer and I have started exercising heavier and heavier each day. The VK is gonna help me get back into dating shape!!!

I have had my VK since Monday. I started smoking in the army when I was 18. In the 8 years since then, I've quit half a dozen times. I would be good for a few weeks, then cheat, then fall off the wagon. I cut back from 1 to 1/2 pack a day by last weekend, now I have had 3 analogs since my order from vapor4life came in. I am pretty sure this will work for me, I hope it does for you too. Best of luck:)

No need to be nervous. The VK is a piece of cake to operate, and any issues you have, we are here for you. I never even thought about quitting and just found myself reaching for my PV more and more. I still "let" myself have a smoke as sort of a panic button, I just don't often need to push it. I do occasionally have a smoke, and each time I am reminded why the VK is better. I had one this morning and remembered just how fun it is to get smoke in your eyes...eh. Back to vaping - vapor doesn't sting the eyes.

yep Dry I felt kinda like you 6 days ago :) I bought this to supliment my smoking I didn't actually think I would suceed with any stop smoking product, cause to be honest I never really wanted to stop,. I was tired of hearing my husband complain about it, scared myself to death sleep smoking and waking up with either burnt lips or clothes, didn't like feeling alientated on my sons' school field trips, or at work, and hated getting put in the hospital for bronchitis every time I got a cold, but no I didn't really want to quit LOL
I thought I couldn't do it! I have tried just about everything and nothing ever worked! I couldn't leave the house without having enough Cigs for the day a lighter and If I didn't have one OMG I had to go and bbuy some right away!
I knew within the first 15 mins this was gonna work! I wouldn't really even have to try to accomplish it! by the end of the day I was down to only 4 cigs a day, I just didn't want one, If I lite one up it tasted awful and i put it back out ( still doing that)
Last night I actually left the house without my cigs! I didn't flip out, it didn't bother me, and I didn't feel the need to rush home or to the store because of it! That was so liberating! Im not waking up coughing at night I didn't even realize that had stoped, till I read about it on here and thought wow I don't do that cough thing anymore, where if you don't have one you start coughing.
Can't wait till you get your kit and try it out and see how you feel. Let us know!

Oh and Cappiccino and coffe are my favs! so far.....

Welcome aboard Dry.I just started using a e cig(joye 510) last Wed and the only time I grabbed a smoke was when my only battery died:(.I happened to find the VK a couple of days ago and bought a kit which I hope will be here tomorrow(crosses fingers). There are many things on the 510 that I do not like but the first and foremost is the constant topping of is annoying. With the VK I will not have that problem.

Good Luck with Vaping,

Street
