V4L has been great for me and I've been great for them buying boxes of stuff over the months.

Unfortunately I find the qualities of the cartos varying too much causing a lot of frustration. I know they'll replace them if asked but who needs the pain? Sometimes you get good cartos, sometimes you don't. Sometime the flavor is the same, sometimes it's not. Also with so many offers for all day batteries (ego etc), there's more option for carto users.

I know V4L has a bunch of extremely loyal customers (and I used to be one referring dozens of clients) so keep up the good work but as far as I'm concerned I am moving on!

While the cart issue is a negative, I do find that V4L juice is one of the best. My solution for you if you like their juices is just buy their juice but buy batteries/carts somewhere else. I drip, and I have to buy my attys else where, but I always come to V4L for my juice, no one makes RY4 or 555 like them. I still use my V4L batteries for on the go, since dripping just doesn't work like that, but at home its a drip with V4L juice.

edit- I should have asked but by cartos do you mean pre-filled or empty? I know the pre-filled just vary way to much, you can hit one from the same pack and try another and get a different taste. BUT if you buy empty ones and fill them they will ALWAYS taste the same.

Like everyone has said "you gotta do what you gotta do". I'm an exclusive 555 vaper and V4Ls is the only one I've found that is great consistently.

JM, It's a shame you feel this way. In all honesty, it has been hit or miss with me for pre-filled carts too.

Now I only order the blanks and fill myself......no more problems! I don't think you'll find a more customer-oriented company than V4L though. Good Luck.

Ive tried other companies,cartos and attys,Juices,everything.I tried the egos and mods.Truth is Id rather deal with V4L.There are going to be issues when you are constantly trying to improve.I havent found another company that tries half as hard to find the perfect vape.Everyone else sells the same exact stuff from 2 or 3 companies in China.Its all the same stuff.At least V4L steps it up and tries to find improvements on thier own.WHO ELSE DOES THAT??Good luck in your search and I bet you end up right back here when your done looking.Just my opinion.

Yeah, sometimes people get frustrated and move on, but I doubt if they're moving up. V4L is the top of the crop, if they have an issue with something it's gotta be worse elsewhere. Vape on.

yeah I have pretty much moved away... though not from V4L, I still love the juices they sell and they have some of my favorites and will order from them soon since my supply is running low. I've mostly moved away from the KR8 line though, because I got tired of having to re-fill after 3-4 hours. So, its not a problem with V4L, because I have never had one, just the fact that there's no cartos for the KR8 that hold 2.5ml of juice, which I only fill once a day to a day and a half. I don't post much here in the sub-forum anymore, but I do still read it daily.

Though no matter what, V4L will always be a special place to me, because the VK and the wonderful juices got me to go back to vaping, after i had become frustrated in it and I would still be back on analogs if I hadn't given them a chance.. Also all the wonderful people here that post in this sub-forum. I think sometime down the line V4L will come up with a larger capacity carto and look forward to that day!

I have been thinking the same way as of late. I actually got so frustrated today that i ended up buying a pack pf cigs. yuck!! my manual battery won't work right (after less than a month use) all of my autos are not working and I am having huge cart problems with those rubber ends they have now...they get lost in the cart or they come off. I just have to stay off cigs and this is not my solution....HELP!!! I need a alternative or these consistency issues addressed!

I did notice inconsistancies with the prefilled cartos early on. Sometimes clouds of vapor, sometimes nothing. I was on them for a month or two before I got fed up. Then I switched to the blanks and filled them with WOW juice. I've never looked back.

Folks I was expected bricks from this thread but I had forgotten the class of of this group!

I agree with every reply to my post! I also truly love the company, their contribution to vaping, and their juices. This company does a lot of things well but getting the carts consistent taste and performance is pretty fundamental; they got to get this right or stop selling them and focus on juice.

I have grown frustrated with the inconsistency of their prefills throwing away carts after carts. Compounding my frustration is the fact that that I never fully mastered the art of DIY filling; I just never got a good vape out of it. I'm only left with that option now and will give it an honest second try.

As a constructive comment I really think V4L should be more straighforward with changes in formulation ( flavor ) and find a way to minimize inconsistencies in prefills.


This being said, longer life batteries and bigger cartomizers exists, seem to work well and do appeal to me. They should be integrated in the V4L lineup asap.

i agree with this and thread starter, even with replacement battery, some carts will not work and others do. they are inconsistent.

agrees with others V4L juice over there Carts any day.....is what iv learned.

i soon will be filling my own blanks. my next step as well.

V4L is a great company though. there customer service is amazing. there juice taste the best too IMO
