after a week (in 3 hours) without a cigarette i think my taste buds are returning from a small bout of not letting me taste certain liquids. i've been using my AC since it's all i could taste and decided to try some others today. i can finally taste the Mint Chocolate Chip again which is awesome. i've also found i don't really like the Buttercream from TV as much now when i really liked it at first. my friend thinks it taste like pipe tobacco and has been bugging me to give it to him. i'm just going to give it to let him have it and hopefully it will help him smoke less (he's currently using a Green Smoke but doesn't really like the cartos it came with).
i've definitely noticed that i'm breathing better and have more energy. i actually want to get out and exercise a bit now when it was a chore before. it just sucks my roommate's g/f stole my bike to get to work yesterday and it's 100°+ outside today. that's two days of lazyness there. the air also sucks because of a good size fire that's burning close by so it's probably better to stay in anyways.
