You wanted to sit there and listen to Shimmy talk all sorts of garbage saying I told her she wouldn't get a refund blah blah blah, and I was correcting you on what was said. Nothing in there says ANYTHING bad about her. Thanks.
It has been said by I think, but don't quote me to shoot me later that Lucky sevens got a refund after emailing them about the color and taste..she was told to keep it and got a refund. I did send it back paid EXTRA for a siggy request and I know I'm out that money.

Sometimes people don't realize how they make themselves look. When you only have posts to go by, those posts tend to speak for themselves.

Des please check PM's......... I asked a question in mail yesterday evening. No response yet, one per web forum no response yet. Sent PM here, about 2 1/2 hours ago, no response yet.
I SAID she refunded several other people, Lucky and Lu to be exact, and if she would have done that with Shimmy, NONE OF THIS WOULD BE HAPPENING!!! End of story.
if you read the thread, they changed it because of lucky saying that they will just cut it with some nic. So from their point, why give a full refund, if they cut our juice with nic. So they came up with a fair offer, if you want to keep it you will get 1/2 your money back. if you want a full refund, send it back. Plain and simple

the way high speed net works and all.. there should be one dsl carrier and one cable provider in your are so it shouldnt take too long

in this particular thread i was beginning to wonder what happened to my favorite bats**t crazy chick buddy went.. then i remembered she got a slight spanking at some pont for it
on serious note though... my previous post was in reference to the fact that it might be good etiquette to show a little less of shimmy's email addy
She didn't refund me this time. That was a transaction months ago. The order had really gotten messed up so they refunded me and let me keep the juice. They did not have to do that (I wouldn't have if I were a supplier)....so I saw that as a kind gesture on their part.
And if I were a supplier, I wouldn't refund until I got the products back either. That's generally how businesses operate.

My mistake Lu, sorry. This has turned into a mess. I've been involved in business for a long time. Sometimes it's just better to cut your losses, refund an angry customer their money, and look like the bigger persn. Just my opinion.

for the record, I like Parker discussed in that other link...good guy to me and I like his juice...but we all have experiences and are allowed to share them in a fair manner...getting ugly and defensive is a sad side effect for some. Several people have apologized to Des and she continues to dish the dirt...*shakes head*
