As most of you kow, my name is Desiree, and I am one of the owners of addictionejuice.

I am well aware of the negative comments some of you have posted about my company, and quite frankly, I did not sign onto this board to hear them again. We have taken all those negative comments and turned them into something positive, and we proved ourselves to have done so. We do not appreicate certian people on this board with the constant negative remarks, who have not even tried the new batch we have. Whens the last time you bashed McDonalds over a new burger? You don't like it, fine, don't buy it again and move on. Its really that simple.

I feel we have gone above and beyond, between the lies posted here about our company and everything. But, I am an adult, and will act like an adult, and will not point fingers at anyone for doing so. Just know, the people who I have promised a refund to, will indeed get their refund, once their end of the bargain is filled. Simple enough.

As far as having home made bath tub vats in the basement, you can't be serious, can you? Although I did enjoy that chuckle, because I can see certian people here picturing me with some stained up lab coat, swishing around some beaker in a dark, damp basement. I am sure all you experienced ecig smokers know that nicotine is a highly dangerous liquid, and honestly, I would never put my life in harms way to make a profit. Not worth it. Can I explain the dark juice? No. It was the way we purchased it. So to assume things and to make up lies about myself and my company was immature, and cruel.

With the help of Keao773 and gryffandor, we have met and exceeded their expectations on the new batch. They have been pretty much been our go-between with our company and this board, as well as they have been loyal to us. Thus the reason new bottles were sent to them. Their opinion is valued here by quite a few people, so either take their opinions with a grain of salt and move on, or listen to them when they say we have done what it took to make you guys happy.

Some of you have had a bad experience with our company, and for that, we apologize. Some people here believe in second chances, and some don't. Just know the people who do, will not be let down again. Some of you will never purchase from our company again, which I feel bad for, because you are truly missing out on a great product, and some of you are new to our company, and plan on giving us a shot.

Sounds like your giving a refund only if they do as you say. If you know your product was bad, you should refund them regardless.

It is not a matter of doing I say. We have heard the negative, just like we heard the positive. I will use Walmart as a reference, can you get a refund at Walmart with out returning the product? No. Same applies here. If the people who did not like the product returns it, we will be more then willing to refund.

And for our product "being bad" was a matter of opinion. I can go through this forum right now, and pull plenty of peoples threads where they like our product and will be back again.

I agree it's up to personal preference. When I first got my order with them I was unhappy due to the fact, I didn't get a throat hit at all. That is the most important ting to me, and second is the taste. Their juice was spot on as far as the taste goes, so I told them if they ever fixed their juice let me know. I got a email about a week later asking me if I would try a sample from their new supplier, and I did not knowing what to expect. I got it yesterday, and it was everything I expected in a great juice. I have spent tons of money on juice from pretty much every supplier that people raved about on here, and I personally feel that sample was awesome. All I have to say now is addiction juice keep it up with the quality you sent me, and you will have lots of happy customers.

Thank you Kaeo, like most of the people on this forum, our company values your opinion. We plan on sticking with this new supplier, and we have ordered back to back in order to attempt to stay stocked. I know one of the main issues people have with suppliers is the dreaded out of stock. We plan to try to be in stock 99% of the time.

Glad to see you on the forum. I find you introductory post both mature & to the point. As far as your product, the original batch had great flavor but no kick to it. After informing you of my opinion, in a hopefully constructive manner ,you were kind enough to send me a sample of your new formula. To me that indicates a business that DOES listen to their customers & tries to fix problems. The new formula tastes as good as the first batch but has a great throat hit & certainly enough nic to satisfy anyone. After vaping your new juice heavily yesterday I could start my own thread on overdosing I hope this forum returns to its previous form of members helping each other with useful info & reviews (good & bad) in a more constructive manner. I look forward to ordering from you again once you new stock arrives.

I can testify to that gryffandor, I stated vaping it once I got home at 5:30pm, and I found myself up till almost 4am not being able to fall a sleep. I was only vaping their sample watermelon, and around 3am I was so clumsy I knocked half the bottle over. So, addiction I need your supply to come in ASAP

So that being said....Members, let's not start throwing out a bunch of false accusations and name calling. I'm sure you can air your complaints in an adult fashion.

You don't like the juice...fine. You don't like the service....fine. The juice was brown....fine. "You're a bunch of scam artists who mix their juice in large vats in the basement" is not fine. Stick with your opinion of the product or service without accusations you can't prove.

Here is a question that crossed my mind though. Do you and Ryan vape? Did you ever notice there was no throat hit? I'll tell ya....the sure way to tell is definitely the "tongue test". When I get 36mgs of nic on my tongue, not only does it burn but it makes me want to get rid of it as fast as I can. Yours, on the other and, is pretty tasty on the tongue. Hadn't either of you noticed any of this before?

And while I'm at it, I might as well ask another question others have referenced. It never really bothered me, but why are all your flavors brown?

I really did enjoy the taste and smell of the watermelon and cotton candy I got in my 6pk sampler but, I was surprised and disappointed with the nic level, having ordered 36mg Super High.

As far as the color...eh... didn't bother me really because I've seen worse. Despite being dark in color, at least yours was semi translucent with no visible impurities floating around.

Right now I'm pretty much stocked with a little over 300ml.'s of juice.
When I start running low I may give your site another go.

Yes we do vape, but the throat hit that you guys refer to makes me cough and gag so much that I personally do not care for the throat hit. I have never been one for a strong analog though. Smoking lights and ultra lights has always been my thing. Ryan on the other hand, he likes the throat hit with the new product we have, but I guess he over looked the throat hit when I stated to him that I enjoyed the product we were selling.

On the topic of the brown color of the juice. We ordered from a company here in the United States, and they stated to us that the only thing in the juice was VG, PG, nicotine & flavoring and honestly we never really put any thought to the color. After discontinuing our business relationship with this company, and expressing the concern you all have had here about it, they basically stopped all communication with us. I guess live and learn?

We really do feel bad about this entire situation, this is the reason we have spent countless hours looking into a new supplier, trying bottle after bottle from company after company. And with doing so, we have found what we believe to be what you all are looking for.

We have decided when we get our new product in, we are going to offer 15ml's on the site, for the people who are leary about reordering from us. There for they get a sample of the new product, with out having to shell out a lot of their hard earned cash, when they are already hesitant in the first place.
