Lucky, as I have stated in an earlier post, we were purchasing from a company in the States, who said it contained VG, PG, nicotine & flavoring.

There is no way I would mess with straight nicotine, people loose their lives that way.

So are you mixing the juices with flavorings and PG yourself? Yes or No.

Are you buying it pre-mixed everything from China now and selling AS you got it or are you altering it in any way shape or form, ie flavorings, PG, Nic?

It would have been much better had you been on this forum and answered our questions right away instead of allowing this speculation train to gain momemtum. I have never bashed a supplier in this forum. But I was very alarmed by the color and started reading this thread and found out others rec'd it also and were alarmed as well. The interaction you had with another forum member about her return was disconcerting also. Some of us are not rich people and the thought of losing our hard earned "vaping" money was very disturbing. I posted my question and concerns about the brown liquid many times hoping you would get on and answer them but it didn't happen until today. Most suppliers try to monitor this forum and answer quetions especially to new people. It helps tremendously. I'm glad you have found a new supplier and now you can respond to customers concerns.

We never mixed anything to make anything, what we got, was what you all got.

However, the new product we do alter, by adding flavoring to it.

might i make a small suggestion...

unless your purchasing LARGE bottles of the nicjuice... it might be wise to leave them unopened and mayhaps send a small amount of flavoring along with it instead of mixing.. just a suggestion

Jo, do you seriously think I would come on here and set myself up for the few members on here that are malicious to attack me and my company? I think not. Did I wait until the water cooled down before stepping into it? Yes.

There was a few people on here that kept saying has someone emailed them? Why didn't that person email me. You have expressed your concerns on here, but you never emailed me about them either. You have said on here that customer service was not up to par, but no one emailed about anything. Just said things on here. So what if I had no idea about this forum, how would I have been able to stick up for myself and all the vicious things that were pulled out of thin air about my company?

I am not in anyway trying to be stubborn here, or get an attitude, and if it comes off that way, then I'm sorry.

That is what we are doing. Purchasing large bottles.

I actually think their timing is perfect. They now have a product that they can stand behind, they took they time to fix the issues we had. If they would have joined before they had a good product, they would have got their heads torn off on here. They were using me as the person to relay messages on this forum on their behalf. I was the first person to inform them about this site, and made them aware that many people we not happy. If I were them, I would not have joined this forum until I addressed my customers concerns, and had a product I could stand behind.

kewl... was just a suggestion for the ideaof nobody being able to make the decision on bad mixing if they had to mix the flavor in themselves :)

we have a supplier on the forum who already does that kind of business.. so i was going too suggest mayhaps asking jaaxx for some ideas on it

Well now that I think about it, I didn't email you about the color. I thought I had, but I don't think I did. I started reading this thread and others were mentioning so I assumed you would jump in and explain it. Most all of the suppliers jump in right away and deal with questions and problems arising with their products. I wasn't sure if I should be concerned about the color having never seen it before in any other juice I had rec'd as of yet. However, your silence was worrisome. As for my saying your customer service was not up to par, I did mention how long it took for me to get my order. Everyone on this forum does that. We all compare shipping times. It's helpful to others who are considering ordering from a company. I don't feel I was malicious in case you are putting me in that boat. I know there are 2 sides to every story. I'm sorry I didn't email you about the color personally. I honestly thought I had. Hopefully we have all learned something from this. And yes sometimes you have to get on the forum when things don't seem to be going right for you. People definitely judge a supplier by the way they handle themselves with an unhappy customer. This industry is definitely different than most. We are still a relatively small "village" and people are quick to praise and quick to speak out if something doesn't seem right.
