I actually think their timing is perfect. They now have a product that they can stand behind, they took they time to fix the issues we had. If they would have joined before they had a good product, they would have got their heads torn off on here. They were using me as the person to relay messages on this forum on their behalf. I was the first person to inform them about this site, and made them aware that many people we not happy. If I were them, I would not have joined this forum until I addressed my customers concerns, and had a product I could stand behind.
This seems rather backwards to me. A lot of new suppliers have come on board just since I started reading this forum and vaping. Most have announced their new site here. It never occurred to me Addiction was not involved in this forum. I would think a new company would want to monitor their customers reactions to their products and answer questions and concerns quickly.

It never occurred to me Addiction was not involved in this forum. I would think a new company would want to monitor their customers reactions to their products and answer questions and concerns quickly.

Addiction did not join here and advertise. Their link came from a member here who mentioned their site. If someone didn't tell them about this site, they would have never even know this was going on. They were an off-site supplier. Not every e-juice company is a member of ECF.

No, I was not putting you in the boat, and I do not want to point fingers at anyone. That is not why I am here. I am not here to put the blame on anyone, to be a tattle tale or anything to that nature. I am here to simply apologize (which was posted in the very first post) for anyone who felt my company did them wrong or what have you. I think I have pretty much cleared up any issues or concerns anyone had with our company, and that is what I was here for.

There was no way I was going to jump on the ECF band wagon while people had their claws out and ready to attack. I think my move on waiting for the smoke (or vape haha) to clear was a good move on my end. We are all being level headed about this now, and no one is throwing the scam word out there any more, and no one (atleast from what I gather) feels like that have been had or anything to that nature.

Also, we are VERY open to hearing the reviews on the new product. The good as well as the bad. Because in all honesty, you guys are the reason for the change. You all voiced your opinions on it, and we did what we could to fix the problem. So once people on here actually order and get the new product, please be honest. This is the only way we can better ourselves as a business.

I sent you a PM so would you please check those. I too orderd your juice. I seen the bad reviews, but you had 2 flavors I just HAD to have. Received these on Saturday & I tried them for 2 days. I for one am glad you decided to join us, explain the problem, & talk about it like an adult. I like the flavor of your juice, it is tasty & stronger then some, however I did not like the unsealed bottles, the color & the nic content. I use low nic anyway, but I can tell if it is seemingly missing. I would love to have samples of your new supply for each of the 2 flavors I have ordered, even if it is only 2 or 3 ML each sample. That is enough to try to see if I want to repeat an order.

I can understand where you are coming from on this point. They were not aware of this forum until I told them about it. I wanted them to be aware that people were not happy with their product, so I sent them a link to check it out. If I ever had a question, I would email them, and I would get a response right away. If you read the original thread, I would insert emails I received from addiction to let people know whats going with them. I said it many times, if you had a problem email them directly from their website.

Well it seemed highly irregular, a supplier using a forum member for a mouthpiece. I never dreamed a supplier would not be a member of this forum if only just to monitor reactions. Glad they're onboard now and can deal with their customers themselves.

My main concern though is that you keep stating that you did not manufacture your liquid, but I have an email from you or Ryan saying that you did manufacture your own liquid. If you could please answer this, I would greatly appreciate it.

Maybe there was a misunderstanding, miswording, or something to that extent, but we have always ordered in large bottles, and just put the liquid in the smaller bottles we sell.

And, as you stated, add flavorings to it yourself, correct? This is how you come up with all those fun flavorings you have, right?

When we were ordering from our first supplier they supplied us with the information on where to get the flavoring they use in the juice that we purchased from them.

The flavored ejuice from china cannot be purchased seperately as far as I know. We are adding Lorann flavorings in our juice which makes for more of a variety in flavors as well as better tasting liquid. IMO
