I too, think i've been burned by Gotvapes.com!!!!1

I placed order on 4-4-12 email confirmation said 1-3 delivery. Usps estimated my delivery on 4-9-12 its now Thursday 4-12-12 and I can only hope that I'll receive my package today. I did message them and they replied saying that the shipment was sent according to Usps tracking but every day I check the mail "nothing". I don't even know how to feel right now. I trusted them and then to my horror saw that the same thing was be experienced by another member of this forum. Totally heart breaking! I didn't know that this kind of thing happens all the time according to this section of this section of this forum. That other member was responded to with "they have been experiencing difficulties with their system but I received just that it was sent and it should arrive soon. Well past one week now and I've got a bad feeling about this situation. Will be following up on this if I truly do get burned. This sucks! :(

you dont need to wrry, we are not going to close shop and dissapear , so no reason to panic, you can pm me her eon ecf and ill check where yur package is, if its in usps's hands then there is nothing we can do but wait, maybe thats what the person who replied to you saw. so simply pm me and ill let you know whats going on with your package.

Hey ecf, I did recieve my package finally. Pretty dismissive of gotvapes telling me dont ''panic''. Ive found that they all over the negative section of this forum. I did like the few products I bought in all honesty they worked out ok for me. Did the necessary mods and it seems ok to me. I've only been vaping for 6 months so I dont have much to compare to except for what I've got. Hope the Gotvapes guy's don't get ''passive aggressive dismissive'' (I've been doing alot of reading on here since my buying experience with them) and in fact because of them I've discovered all this info on here!
I hope I'm not troll'n on here as I noticed they say that alot about anyone who has an experience with them on here. I may never know why it took 2 weeks to receive my stuff, but I dont really buy what they responded to me with but it is what it is.

and your not trolling, you had a issue and it seems to be fixed, the ones ive said that to used nasty ways to describe us or where nasty in there messages to us before they decided to share there versions of their story, you mostly only get one sided stories here in the negative review section, we are a young and growing company and as all businesses do we go through growing pains and we learn form instances that happen and make changes form that, as i said before im sorry you had a issue with us and I hope it is now resolved and that you enjoy your vaping experience.

im available pretty much all day long here on ecf and you can freely reach out to me in the future if you run into any questions or issues.

I appreciate that BADMAN, but I actually think peopple on here are very honest as oppposed to what your saying and the arguing that goes on between yourself and others is what I would call bad for business. It's true my problem got ''fixed'' but it wasn't something that was broken. I just didn't receive my package for 2 weeks. I've seen others and have gotten pm's from others about the same thing. Who knows whats really going on behind the scenes but I'm just a new vaper thats gathering and passing on info as this forum is a tool for that. BTW I received a nasty PM from someone on this forum ,could have been from a wrong sender or something cause it didn't quite match my post but IDK. No evil agendas or anything like that and have a nice day.

while i agree, you would really need to see the full story to understand what is going on with certain people.

there are instance we can show where people where taking it to another level with us, being nasty then coming here with their verion, now i understand me flippping out isnt the proper thing to do so ill refrain form that, but i dont just go nuts on someone unless they broke the cardinal rules, lashing out , calling us gotrapes, threatening us and much much more which you dont see here because its against ecf policy to show you there pm's.

now once again i understand we have a business and i shouldn't lash out at all but its hard when certain people try to ruin you purposely but i will do my best to refrain from doing so in the future and just contact the mods when we feel a person is going overboard. we are here everyday and we want you all to be happy.
