TFA caramel candy 5%

TFA brown sugar 5%
TFA sweetener 5%
FA caramel 2.5%
TFA vanilin (10%) 2.5
2 drops CAP butter

just doesn't seem to be strong enough flavor.....maybe my taste buds are shot....

Anybody have a straight CARAMEL that they LOVE!!

what do you mean a "straight caramel". You are mixing quite a few flavors there. Are you asking for a Caramel flavor that you could use to replace your current Caramel? Or are you asking for a Caramel recipe?
If your caramel doesn't have the kick you were expecting, try using More caramel. Try adding Less "fillers". You only have a total of 7.5% Caramel in a ~ 25% flavored juice. Try upping that %, if you are looking for a more Caramel bite.

Just some thoughts...

Well like just caramel ( like unwraped little square) candy.
Not caramel aplple or chocolate caramel or anything caramel + .....

I've been looking thru old threads, and new threads ....seems to be one of those hard to nail down flavors.

My experience (limited) and thought process was single flavor ...bad.....supporting flavors....good
Plus two different caramels, and FA is strong stuff ... I just really thought it was going to be stronger.

I haven't given up, I'll keep trying :)

Wow... That's like 25% Total Flavoring/Sweetener.

If you can't taste That, I think you are Right, your Taste Buds may be Shot.

I know right. Thats what I thought. I should taste something stronger than this mix.

Just me.

But I have found that when I push the Total Flavoring past a certain point for Flavoring Concentrations like TFA, that I No Longer taste flavor. Just a Meh Chemical Taste.

If I was you, I would try a Test Batch using about 1/2 the Flavoring you listed. Then let it sit for 2 ~ 3 Days in a Cool, Dark Place.

That's my thought. 25% flavor is WAY beyond what I have been mixing lately. I typically mix at around 5% these days and find it perfectly strong, though I guess that depends on the flavoring itself. Nude nicotine has some really strong flavorings, and that's what I use these days. Some of the best flavors I've found.

Try cutting that flavoring % by half, or maybe even only use 1/4 of that and I bet the flavor will come through better. A lot of times too much is worse than not enough.

A friend of mine just bought his first DIY kit from NudeNicotine....and he is having great luck with their flavors at low %'s.

I have read more than I have mixed at this point...have had a few winners:)

Read all the guys blogs and posts. Danny and Hoosier and Bills.

I am not giving up....I'll get there eventually
Didn't think I was too far off on the % for TFA flavors and I know FA flavors are strong .
Was hoping that by combining 2 different caramels...they would somehow compliment each other and be "richer"

Still finding my way....haven't decided if I'm on the LFM/STEEP team or HFM/ vape ready team.

I do kinda feel like no amount of time will make a bad mix better....but what do I know:laugh:

I throw a couple drops of butterscotch fa or tfa in when i mix up a batch of plain caramel.

When i want a good caramel vape though i mix it into some custard with a little vanilla.. But never at anything as high as 25%.. I end up having to re wick twice a day with 7 or 8 total % flavoring.. Caramel just gums up the works so quick...

I created and posted this caramel recipe a couple years back with a great response from both my taste buds (I LOVE sweet caramels too!) and members. It's proven to be a solid juice! Tweek as you like...
