What if the (+) wire melt and happen to comes in touch with the housing? kaboom? I hope in that case, the protection feature of the battery will come in.

It would be a short as you've indicated in later posts. And if you use the wrong battery/device...could be bad.

That's why there are safety recommendations.
A) Use protected batteries and/or a PV device with short protection built in.
B) Use safer battery chemistries. IMR is often suggested. Particularly true for all-mechanical mods that don't have other protection.
C) Make sure the mod is well vented, so if the battery goes thermal, it doesn't go boom.
D) Store them properly, don't overheat them, I charge/use them in pairs and check occasionally with a multi-meter
E) See the manufacturer's requirements and vendor's recommendations on batteries and beware knock-offs.

See ECF's pages on safety.

I don't use a Twist, I use a normal eGo 1000mAH, and I always get the 2.4 replacement heads for my Vivi's. I like those the best. Plenty of vapor and nice solid taste. Works for me. ;)

Edit: Just don't over think it. I never understood all the math behind it all, and just really is not my thing, so go with what works for you.

okkk... That thing does not help new vapors, Were not asking what voltage to operate the coil at. WHAT IS BETTER AND WHY? Meaning why would someone choose 1.8ohm with 3.8v as appose to 2.5ohm with 4.5V?

YES!! Thank you Scott!! I just need to know what level clearo's to buy and what voltage to set my twist at for 100% VG. Thanks!!!

I have asked the same and never got a Straight answer, I know on other hobby's I kinda get tired answering same ?'s all the time but i do enjoy helping others.

I have been using 2.4 clearomizers but now have a 2.2 and the 2.2 on a Ego 1000 seems to hit better, more vapor then the 2.4 ones do, not sure if its really the ohms or the clearomizer itself I would think its the ohms. I don't think I would go down below a 2.0 myself but I have a Vamo on the way and how i understand is if you set it to Watts then it doesn't matter it will work at whatever it needs.

I am using the ego battery- not able to adjust anything and I am confused on OHMs- I want a stronger hit. Bigger vape cloud and a little warmer hit. What is a good clearomizer and or what resistance should I go for?

I really like the T2 at 2.2ohms, it really made a difference. So did the Pro tank Mini, its also a 2.2ohm tank

Not any as far as I know so far,if so only a tiny lil drop, Much better then the CE5, It is always leaking, every time I take the tank off I have to clean the battery top.
I guess that's what your talking about leaking from the bottom?
The T2 is made different, the bottom doesn't unscrew like the T3, just the top, it has a large tip like a Mini pro tank but the T2 unscrews from top

great, thank you so much for your help... i changed my order from the CE5 and am going to try the T2 :) i need the bigger tank so i don't have to refill in the middle of the day! today is day 8 no traditional cigs- only vaping now!! my husband is still working at it, he smokes bout half of what he had been and is using the e cig too... he can afford the smaller clearomizers since he is not using it as much just yet! :)
