Sticking with 510, KR808, 802 and a few others would be the safest bet, depending on what you already have ordered. Most vendors will refer to these numbers when selling their product and a quick search of this forum will usually uncover what models with "brand names" instead of numbers actually fit.

Can someone tell me what brands of e-smokes will fit each other? I want to try different carts and flavors but am sooooo lost I have 3 orders on the way but if I could find a place where I could buy different battries and carts to mix things up that would be great!

What did you order?, perhaps we can direct you to what will be compatible with your stuff. :)

I think most of us vape 510-compatible or KR808D-1 in some form - those two models have the most marketplace support, especially 510/Ego/Riva 510 for anything, and the KR808D-1 is the most popular 2-piece model

Here are some charts you could look at but they are not exactly correct

Like here - it lists 401 and 510 compat but they aren't even the same gender
Brand and Model Compatibility Chart - E-Cigarette Wiki

And this chart for "name" rebranded models, some of which charge ripoff prices and are only compatible with the other rebrands . The the Blu it lists is the old 3-piece Blu, no longer sold

but there are a lot more rebrands, a whole sometimes-seedy upper layer and many of those are unidentifiable
