I want to sell Eciggs.

Hello,

I am a new member here that has been using an electronic cigarette for over one year. I switched over from a pack a day analog habit and have never felt better.

I have decided to utilize my online display advertising skills to make the public aware of this alternative to smoking analog cigarettes. My company manages millions of ad impressions everyday and we have some free spots to put some banners up for the product.

Can someone point me in the right direction and/or answer some questions for me in terms of us selling Eciggs?

What are the legal ramifications of selling Eciggs?


What if someone get's sick from them?


Where can I buy them wholesale and is one brand better than the other?


What is typical wholesale pricing and what is retail pricing?

Any other input would be greatly appreciated.

I think they're maybe too new to have many, if any, legal ramifications... my guess. Someone's always ready to sue somebody if they can so as long as you disclaim any liability and put it back on the user you'll probably be okay, again, my best guess.

Good luck though, you're getting in on the ground floor so-to-speak and I for one will be ecstatic to see the big pharm'l and tobacco companies lose ground in this social phenomenon taking place before our eyes. I cannot imagine why any analog smoker would not at least try to break away from the chains of addiction to what we know for sure will cause harm...
