It seems that your site is messed up. I HATE to say this as Eastmall was my very first on line supplier and they have been very good at returns BUT. I ordered 901's bulk and now TWO of the batteries have capoot and one charger never worked. One battery and the charger they refunded...but I had to make another order at 15.00 shipping to recieve the refund on my account.

Now ANOTHER battery just stays on all the time frying my atty. I give up. I don't want another on-site refund...I do not want to spend another 35.00 plus 15.00 shipping to get one battery replaced. (This battery was WAY too young to have gone bad!) I will not be shopping at Eastmall anymore.

Eastmall is currently on holidays until the 24th

It sounds like your using automatic batteries, they require a bit of maintenance to keep them working. Over time juice and dirt clogs the switches in the batteries. To clean them flush them with some rubbing alcohol then blow out and let dry, you may need to repeat a couple times for stubborn ones.

wow, sorry to hear that but i have bought over 30 atty's and 30 batts and i had 2 atty's die early and 2 batteries die and 1 batt act wierd, which eastmall replaced. so in all thats not bad and to be honest i have bought from local vendors and i have had issues with at least 5 other vendors with big orders and while they also replaced the bad stuff I noticed it happens to many vendors and not just eastmall.

so in all honesty i cant complain.

whenever i had a dead batt or atty with local vendors i would have to send it back and wait but with eastmall they just send out your replacement, thats it, no headaches and I think thats service.

but i fully understand, i go through your issues with juice, buying juice form so many people only for the majority of juices to end up sucking and wasting more money and paying for more shipping etc...
