I received 18/03/2010 ADVANTAGE PLUS KIT 200 KIT that I have bought from RuToo
Opening the package I found that lacks some enhancements like the second kit travel, the second Charger currents, Car Charger, and three batteries recharge.
I Sent an email but they haven't give any answer to me
When I tried to smoke that two cigarettes and result is: does not spill water vapor, and out comes out in accordance only occasionally, superheated to the point of not being able to hold in the hand
My dissatisfaction over that I have my disappointment issue the conditions of sale and refund of the contract, that I read if return the goods within seven days of receipt , I have a right to obtain a refund of my money..

I sent all the stuff to Netherlands 29/03/2010.
And still nobody contact me...
Please, what can I do?
Somebody can say me, where I can call?
Did they stole my money?

I am sorry for my English, I am italian...

You may *try* talking to your bank about it. I doubt if they have any kind of purchase gaurantee like many credit cards do. You may have to consider it a learning experience, and go with a reputable company for your next purchase. I would look at the Forum Suppliers section of this board. I do not know who shhips to Italy, but I have seen other memberss from Italy here, so I *assume* someone does.

If you have a complaint about a company in the Netherlands then you can issue the complaint to the Consuwijzer who will advise you of your rights. They should be able to give you information in any case

you have a double problem i would like to speak of.
I recently sent some equipment to Rome and Olbia (sardegna)
The Italian customs did not let it pass, and the packages miraculously disappeared !
This was done with express mail (USA MAIL).

I then sent one package DHL to Rome, it arrived fine a few days later..

I do not know this Dutch company you speak of, but Janty does operate in France and the UK. You could try there...
