Hi fellow vapers,

Just wondering if you guys ever had the situation where the atty gets hot when you inhale but not much vapour comes out of it? Is this a problem with the atty? I have sometimes persevered and the vapour gradually became better. Other times I thought it was due to a dry atty and so I tried to drop more liquid on it directly.

I am wondering what the actual problem is though and what the best way to fix it is. Any advice?

I am using GGT with i7 atty at 6V.

Thanks.

I have been using this particular atty for a couple of weeks. I think you are right, after putting 5 drops of liquid directly onto the atty, hitting it a few times and letting it cool down the problem seems to have been resolved.

I'll make sure to keep the atty primed regularly now (previously I thought it had to be done only when starting a new atty).

Normally I don't drip, I just fill up the cart with liquid...

Thanks.

Hi, I never use carts, because indeed your attie, in this case a very high voltage one will not get enough juice. Try dripping instead of using carts and when they are ready get the AFS ;-)

Hi fcuk my old friend:)

dont use wool because as Emonty said HV iatties are not made for this. Just drip untilm AFS comes out. I also have some bad news. I will have AFS in 3-4 days but China send me wrong atomizers. They dont have the proper holes and they dont have the plastic nut to the specific place that I asked. This is a big issue but I am thinking of a way to make holes by my own. I will not trust China anymore, I will laser all atomizers here in Greece.

In my electronics business I have dealt with a number of Chinese manufactures. They always say YES, YES, YES. Yes, we understand. Yes, we know what you want. Yes, we will produce it that way. In reality, they usually do not understand. You have to treat them like 12 year olds.

You have to send them drawings, engineering samples, verify everything, and then get a few samples from them. Even after all that, they usually screw it up. After making a part perfectly for a year, they start sending us shipments of totally screwed up product. It will drive you crazy. You wonder how they can stay in business with almost no quality control.

The Chinese think that business success is all about simply saying yes to the customer. In reality, it is about getting the customer what they want.

Bless their hearts. They are hard working and mean well, but they are not very bright. You have to be the brains and let them be the brawn.

To speak the truth 2pack some people had told me the same. They are e-cig sellers but I didnt believe them, I thought that they couldnt ask exactly what they wanted. I WAS TGOTALLY WRONG!!!!

The other day I asked from another factory to send me 901 atomizers. Is there something more simple than that? THEY SEND ME 510!!!!! When I asked why they did this they told me that they are the right atomizers because I asked for those. I resend my mail to show them what I had wrote and they told me that what they send me were 901 atomizers!!!!!

go figure

This is your problem - using carts at high voltages is a no-no for sure.
Switch to dripping and you'll be fine.

This is absolutely true - I have had the biggest load of ....-ups made on my latest order from SLB and they don't want to do anything at all to rectify it. I've got shortages, I've got juice tasting like crap, I've got wrong colour LEDs, I've got wrong labelling, I've got mislabelled atties, you name it, I've got it in this order. Nightmare!!!
And I am always very very careful with my orders, but this time, their quality control sucked even more than usual.........
