Last time I was here I just bought an AFS and was trying to figure out how to use it .. That was months ago. I got pneumonia and my cat got something much worse and didn't make it. Any cat owners ?? Losing him broke my heart. But on to the GG ..

I own the GGT [with a GGTS on the way.] I have been having a problem with the top of the GGT where the atty screws in. [the main reason for my post tonight.] Sometimes I have to screw an atty in and remove it a half dozen times before I can get it to start working.. Can something be loose there? Any ideas ?? They problem must be in the piece my atty screws on to. The problem is not with the atomizer, not with the batteries, not with the spring below .. It must be the top piece.

SPEAKING OF ATTYS. THEY ARE THE REASON FOR MY POST.
I have been using a 510 LR atty and I have gotten so spoiled that nothing seems to give me the throat hit I get with that. I seem to have lost my 901 to 510 adapter .. I was wondering if it is possible to get a top for my GGT that is a 510 top rather than the 901 ..

LAST .. I have been vaping for 14 months now. I have gone through many many PVs ... There are some vapers that I like a lot, like the eGo for daily use at work ... I is a money pit though. No lock on the button so I have been just blowing through those 510 LRs .. The batteries don't hold up either...

Nothing compares to my GGT and as I said, I have a GGTS on the way to me. Will be here before the end of the week. YAY !

You are in luck because the TS comes with the 4 in 1 connector that allows you to use all atomizers. I think your problem must be in the center pole of the atty connection on the GGT. You can try pulling the center pole out on the atty before putting on the GGT. It might be getting pushed back too far by one of your other mods and not touching the center pole on the GGT. I have run into this before and a simple paper clip will do the trick. Just wiggle the center pole around a bit to pull it out slightly.

Hope this helps you out. Good to see you are still loving the GG. I know I love my GGT too...

Are you saying the center of the atty or the center pole on the GGT? Because the problem I am having is the 901 on the GGT and I don't have any other mod that uses a 901.

D

Hokie my dear, please do the following to check if atomizer touch the center pole of GGT.:

Take off the GG atomizer's cap and push hard the gold rounded disk because maybe its stuck inside plastic insulant. Then keep the cap with thumb and middle finger. Put the index finger on the rounded disk under the cap and put an atomizer with your other hand. If you see that rouned disk is moved then your atomizer touch the center pole of GGT properly.

So next time if you see a similar problem just push the rounded disk to come out of plastic

A cat owner here (((Hokie))) so just had to pop in to give you a hug & say how sorry I am to hear of your loss :( The more we love our furry friends, the greater the grief when they leave our world.

BTW, you are going to be so impressed with the GGTS, especially as Vapnaway says, as it comes with the 4 in 1 connector :)

Imeo. I do notice that when I push on that part, it does appear to be stuck for a second. Is there a way to take it apart and maybe clean it ? Or soak it in hot HOT water?

No, you can do nothing Hokie, exept sending this to me. An advanced user of course can do it easy but I am afraid that you will damage the insulant
