Anyone else have trouble contacting IBTanked? I have asked questions via email twice over the past week relating to status of existing orders and about products but no reply. I have received about 6 "we will contact you shortly" messages but nothing ever comes. Should I be concerned or are these guys just on holiday?

Thats unusual for them, they are great people and have been very good in replies etc. Maybe there is something personally going on with them. I would not get worried, they have a forum here , you might try contacting them thru that?
This is a 3 person operation, all family, and 2 of the 3 were out at least some of this week. From what I recall they are now back. They do have a presence on ECF and are good at responding.
Avid, I have checked the forum main page and I see no listing for IBTanked as a forum supplier or any other reference on the page. Could you point me in the right direction please?

OCD is the hardware guy at IBTanked (the Mr.). The Mrs (wife) and Offsring (daughter and owner of the business) had been on holiday for a few days, leaving OCD alone to handle business. Things should be back to normal soon.

I just spoke with them on the phone today Very nice peeps. And after speaking with them as a fisrt time buyer i can say i will do repeat business with them.
