I think V4L sent me a mislabeled "vanilla". It tastes like cherry cough syrup and is quite pinkish...other flavors ordered right-on...it's 36mg 20 ml bottle...unvape-able...anybody experience this? I'm dissapointed but don't want to pay postage to send one bottle back...

Do NOT send back, just mention it in commnets section, on next order, we will ship correct one, as well as a extra's.....when we mess up, YOU should not have to worry.

Smile, be happy

My worry is the vanilla might be to subtle for a mg that high? Sometimes the flavour gets oddly masked when the nic concentration is too high, as per my chocolate 36 experience.

But if Steve gives you the greenlight, try it and see. Also grab a lower dose (my first cartos were vanilla in 16's I believe and they were pretty good) to see if that balances it for you.

See, right there, that right there is a big part of why I joined the V4L team.

Back when I started using e-cigs, that was how ALL my favorite vendors handled things. They either didn't worry about getting bad parts returned, or at least would send out the replacement before waiting for you to return the old one.

But one by one they all fell away from customer friendly return and warranty policies, and more and more warranties became so short or such a hassle that they pretty much weren't worth anything. The "disposable" mindset pretty much took over.

Hey, the carts may be disposable, but the hardware, like batteries, shouldn't be. And the burden and hassle shouldn't be on the customer when a hardware failure does happen.

And even the carts, if they're bad, should be covered by warranty. I honestly can't think of ANY other retailer who has agreed to replace bad carts when I've had them, and I've asked plenty of times before!

Steve gets that, and he's one of the last who really do. :thumb:

And, yeah, I'm an employee, but that's not my side of the operation, I'm just giving props where I feel they're due.

Leaford - in your sig, the link to http://www.vapor4life doesn't resolve on 90% of th browsers out there. Try making it Vapor4Life:: Because it's your life :: Electronic Cigarettes & Alternatives to Smoking and it'll work fine.

Thanks for pointing that out. In public. And not in a PM or anything. Yeah, thanks. :grr:

Just kidding! :D

I've noticed that for quite some time. The problem is a bad pointer on the server. DNS does not resolve the WWW the way it should. Maybe because it wants to redirect to store.
Nah, it was my fault, I forgot the .com part. Oops. I fixed it now.

And seriously, DaShiva, thanks for letting me know. ;)

I think you are right -- it probably got mislabeled. Vanilla is definitely not pink. But Steve and crew always make it right, glad to see that Steve already posted here. The customer service here is just awesome.

Just remember to mention it in the comments section next time you order, and Steve will replace it for you. :)

Actually I think you'll find the www is optional, but the .com is not
And, Leaford, was in public cause you're not the first to make the mistake, and probably won't be the last, and I'm a web developer, so I tend to need to give that advice to about a dozen people a day, so I barely even think about it anymore :p

The worse one is when people create links to 'vapor4life.com' and forget the http:// - many places will automatically add the http://, but for those that don't, you end up getting to a 404 on the current site :p
