iClear 16b not working...

Hey gang,

I just bought a iClear 16b with 1.5 ohm coil. I'm trying to run it on my ePower 1800mah (Box mod, looks like a smaller skinnier NON vv MVP). Whenever I attach it, my battery kills and turns off. Tried it on an old ego battery and the same thing happened. Works fine on my SVD. What gives? Is it the low 1.5 ohms?

Anyone have any ideas? Or anything I can say to explain it better?

It sounds like it shorts out when you put it on those devices.

Maybe pull the head out and clean it check to see if there is some kanthal sticking out the bottom or anything that could make contact on the evod that wouldn't on the SVD

Yes, all the batteries are charged. I'll check the coil.

Hmmm, sorry I have nothing else. Odd.

My wifes MVP Shine came with that tank. It fires fine but she don't like it because of the tight draw.

So...it works fine while it is plugged in, in "pass through" mode. As soon as I unplug it the battery dies/shorts.

I have seen this scenerio in tanks using evod atomizer heads. For some unknown (to me) reason they are prone to shorting out the battery on some mods.
Replace the atomizer head. I use kanger heads and have never had this particular issue.
