Okay no, not really... but considering the bit of bad press lately I've gotta keep it real and balanced. Went on a juice acquistion buying spree Monday night and placed 3 orders with 3 different suppliers.

Guess who's shipment showed up first (coming from the farthest distance) today?

Yup, you got it. The little elves at PS must have been up all night packing all their goodies to ship on Tuesday. Don't even elves need sleep?

I've tried and failed for over a month now to order these juices- menthol, riskee and cash cap- but the success was worth the wait.

Love all three, so good job I ordered the larger sizes. Pure Menthol is now the 5th menthol juice I've tried and it's absolutely delicious, less harsh than the others with a great throat hit. To be fair, Vapornine comes in a close second, but it's that little bit of sweetness in the aftertaste of the PS juice that smooths it out and allows for good throat hit with no overwhelming dryness and subsequent coughing.

Thanks for the prompt service you loco PS people, my throat is a happy camper, and the taste buds are doing cartwheels!

I'd like to throw in my praise for PS as well in the middle of all the recent hate. I placed my order on the 31st, got confirmation and tracking right away, and my order arrived today on the 2nd. Very happy. My kit looks great, still waiting on my first battery to finish charging so I can enjoy. My juice all came in and smells great, I'm sure it will taste just as good. The only little hitch was two of the juices in the sample pack being different than listed, but I assume it's just because they were out of the other flavors and I still got a great variety so I'm happy. I do wish it could have been two other flavors that had been replaced rather than ones I was really looking forward to, could have done without the menthol and such. All in all it's been a great experience with very helpful customer service. All my questions were answered fairly promptly where messages to other suppliers were completely ignored. Cheers to you guys at PS, I'm definitely going to have to ask for some business cards with my next order. I need another starter kit already for my DB, and almost every one of my friends and co-workers has shown a lot of interest since i started talking about ordering an eCig.

I don't think it's hate that people have, it was just frustration. But consider that these guys moved across the country and had to set up biz. I think once they are settled down, they will be as good as their reputation has always been. I've had zero problems with them, just HATE sitting here for 8 hours when they get juice in stock, that's my only complaint. LOL. ugggggg (Steve knows I get mad and whine LOL). On their first run of juices a few weeks ago when they just arrived there, as swamped as they were, Steve went out of his way for me to do something regarding my order and add something to it and did it correctly and shipping was super fast after that. I do think they have great quality juices and their hearts are in the right place to have great customer service.

That is slightly different from my experience. Placed an order on 3/31 and it has not shipped yet. No response to email or ticket on their site and phone number is to a sprint cell with a full mail box.
