this isnt much but fancy wood with holes drilled in it to hold my things nicely at me desk at the moment but once i get my feet wet modding i plan on making some where the batteries can screw in and charge through a usb connection and incorporate a design with a desktop organizer type layout maybe even a DIY tool caddy/cig charger for workspaces. there rough at the moment and was basically made in minutes just to hold/organize them at my desk. my question is what do you guys think of the concept of either one a desktop orginizer type cig charger or tool caddy /workspace one

I think you have your priorities all screwed up,,, Put the car out in the driveway where it belongs (unless your working on it of course or it is a 1940 roadster) and get your workspace back in order as it should be.
Then go out and get a 1/2 ton of Amboyna burle, then make me a desk set.

believe me i have tried my brother keeps draggin it back in it has been his project car for over 4 years now i think he works on it a few weeks a year. yea i wish amboyna burl last i checked was like $20 for a 1x1x12 piece not sure how much a full burl would cost if im not mistaking i believe thats the spiky bark type would make a awesome desk set though

probably wouldnt be to hard to stick a piece on my lathe and make a case for a flashlite type mod not sure about electrical components in a wooden housing though just seems like a fire waiting to happen
