yall crack me up. I love this group 
DIY liqs and recipes *I* think are great. That could easily be something that is mentioned in someone's "likes and dislikes" or "wants and needs" page of info. IE: I love diy recipes and my favorite juices are ones that are homemade.
Having different spending caps is a great idea too.. but it may be tricky to implement.
I think that is going to be the hardest part. Some of us like to give more, some have more to share, some are newer, or less experienced with finding good deals, some have bigger families, tighter budgets, some may be crafty, or find value in the simpler things. There are so many different angles and views. This could be our biggest hurdle.
Also.. do we make this an 'ecig only' type thing? As in: it has to relate in some way, to vaping? <------ just thought I'd throw that question in there too
