If an order is "awaiting shipment" can it still be changed?

I just found out some technical info that would change what I want. I couldn't find a phone # so all I could do was send an e-mail. I am hoping they will get it in time.

Does anyone know if it is possible to change the order at this point or is it too late?

If your just ordered, a change should be doable. I assume you sent the email to sales, & referenced your order #?

I ordered a "blemished" one because I knew they were out of pcb's for a while.

Does that mean I can change the order?

If you have emailed back to Sales, with your order number and what you want to do, I expect they'll be able to nudge things.

You can also try using the Contact form, again reference the particular order #: Contact
