If i add exta flavoring to one of my ejuices, will i need to steep it?

Short answer is yes unless you have an ultrasonic cleaner to put it in .

If you heat the bottle containing your mixed e-liquid under running hot water (not so hot as to scald your hand) and shake the heck out of it for a minute and repeat this several times you will be pretty close to done with the flavor melding.
