Would only using PG and loranns do it? or would i need anything else? from what ive been able to understand thats all i need...? any other suggestions? i am looking for a decent throat hit along with a nice flavor and decent vapor. using a 510 man. thanks in advance.

You may want some distilled water, and you probably want some everclear/pga/high proof vodka. The latter in particular is added to increase the TH. You may also get some VG and do a mix of PG/VG.

I myself am trying to cut my nic down.
I get to about 6mg, but I hit it all day. I can go to 11mg-18mg, but then the Throat Hit is great... then I am getting more nic than I should.
I also would like to find a 0nic with a killer TH, and drop my nic down. I can drop the nic if I can get a GREAT TH.
My problem is that I drop the nic, and then up it again.
My best TH mix was ejuice I made 1/3, 1/3 PGA, and 1/3 PG. I can't seem to re-duplucate the TH I was getting back then, and it leaked really bad due to being WAY too thin.

Yes, I believe the VG adds vapor but not TH, whereas the alcohol adds TH. That's my understanding; I could be wrong on that.
If the vapor is to your liking, perhaps just adding some alcohol will get what you're looking for!

Your confusing the acronym "DIY" with something else. The Blue Adept was referring to the "Do It Yourself" sub-forum here at ECF. Tons of good info there, and lots of people that are knowledgeable about mixing juice.
And yes, people use VG for increased vapor production. It is also sweeter, and less harsh, than PG. Most liquids are a blend of VG and PG, at just about whatever ratio you care to name.
You don't need to add distilled water to PG, only to VG to thin it out. A lot of people use vodka or everclear (pure grain alcohol) instead of distilled water to increase the throat hit. A mix of 80%VG, 10% everclear and 10% Loranns has worked okay for me. Smooth vape and a bit of a throat hit.
