A DIY question for 0 nic juice

as I cant post any place else I will ask in here.

I think I have this right to make 0 nic juice. All I need is ]

USP grade Glycerin
Distilled Water
Lorann Super Strength Candy Oils

Is this correct? and If so would this sound about right as a mix
5 drops VG
1 drop Water
4 drops Flavor

Sure....however...straight VG will probably be a bit thick for a carto....just thin it down with a bit of distilled H2O or clear liquor like Everclear, Vodka, etc...
