Even if I won the lottery, I don't think I'd be able to spend insane amounts of money like that. I'd go down to petco, buy an $80 cat tree, go to a nursery and buy a $15 ficus, and train the real tree to grow around the cat tree lol.

Ah, but see if you won the lottery you could employ some out of work woodcrafter to build them for you for much cheaper and do a good deed and have them made!

We have about 1/4 an acre, and half of it is a pretty steep hill. My plan is to one day (probably 30 years from now after retirement lol) terrace the hill and create a Japanese garden.
