The FDA will do what it plans to no matter what. No matter how many people sign petitions, no matter how many studies are done, no matter how many testimonials are given the FDA is going to go ahead with their plan.

The only place this battle can be fought is in the courts and that battle can't begin till we find out what the FDA's deeming regulations will be. If you really want to help go to the CASAA website and donate money so they can fight the court battles to come. You can make a one time donation payment or subscribe for monthly donations like I did. They did much to fight the battle when the FDA claimed e-cigs were drug delivery devices and won that battle in 2010. Now they are preparing for whatever the new deeming regulations will be but they need your financial support.

If you become a CASAA member (it's free) you can join in on their webinars to understand what is going on with the FDA, state and local ordinances that are trying to ban or over regulate ecigs. All vapers should learn as much as they can, otherwise what you have today might be taken away from you by people that don't understand what ecigs are about.
