I know this has been discussed quite a lot, but the nicotine level in your juice really, really can make a difference in whether vaping works for you.
I was a pack and half a day smoker for years and years. The last few years I had gone to ultra-light 100's, but sometimes smoked 2 packs a day if stuff was going on in my life.
The gal at the vape shop who helped me said that since I smoked ultra-lights, I might be happy with 12 mg nicotine, so that's what I started with 11 days ago. I haven't smoked since then, but had that vague, uncomfortable feeling quite a bit. I thought it was probably normal, and just tried to ignore it and didn't smoke.
Today I went back to the shop and picked up a couple of bottles of the same juice I'd been vaping, but in the 18 mg strength.
What an amazing difference! In just 6 hours or so, I feel so much better, and don't have that "something's missing" feeling.
So, if you're having trouble, consider upping your nicotine level for at least a while, and see if it helps. It sure did help me.
