If you're not dripping, how long does your e-liq last in a refilled 510 cart?

hey guys, i've figured i'd ask in the general discussion since it doesnt just apply to 1 type of cart, it applies to refillable standard carts, pre-filled carts that are cleaned and washed out and then refilled again, and modified carts. I know that direct dripping lasts me about 12-15 hits with 4-5 drops, but i'm wondering how long a prefilled 510 cart last if you put 12-15 DROPs into it. Do you guys get a good 30-40 hits out of it? If you fill it before bed, take a few hits then put it aside, is the juice all dried out by morning and needs to be refilled? or do you just start vaping again as if you just filled it with e-juice? i'm trying to figure it out if dripping is better than just refilling a cart ( i know TH is better since you're direct vaping from the atty bridge, but I also know with the right mix, a prefilled cart can give you a nice TH too with the right liq used :)

What do you guys think? prefills last you a few hours? maybe just 20 hits? 30 hits? what do you all think 15 drops equal when using a PG based liquid?

Sorry for the newb question, but I like to know my options, and when i have a 30 min drive to work both ways, i dont want to be dripping on the atty directly while driving, but also want to enjoy my vape without feeling i'm not getting the full flavor.

I use the a spring mod with blue foam or some fluval. I can only get 10 drips into my 901 cart. I drive 35 minutes to work and it lasts me just fine. I also can vape on it fairly heavy for about an hour+ until I start getting the funny taste and have to refill. I got tired of pulling the cart out to direct drip and started trying cart mods until I found something I liked with the juice I am using. The next one I do will probably be a paper clip with blue foam. I thought the brass screen mod would work, but it was pita to refill and I would get a metal taste. The zero foam mod is pretty good if you can get it just right... in fact I had one cart that was working great.

I use the BFD mod and I get 20-30 good hits at 3.7v

I wonder what I am doing differently then? I am using the same mod, and vape continuously for a hours before needing to refill...And when I say continuously, I mean it LOL Since I got a PT, my 510 hardly leaves my mouth :pI never counted the number of drops though, I just no how far up the side of the cart I can go...I will count the next time to see

I smoked a pack a day and now I refill a cart every 2-4 hours (depending if I'm at home or work). That's not constant vaping though... Probably every 10-15 min I'll take a few hits and every hour or so I'll sit and vape for 5 min or so...

I'm using ZFM carts at the moment... Since I only have two flavors right now (menthol and camel) I've been using the same cart (until I get my package today, damn you long weekend). Once I get my other flavors, I'll probably have a cart assigned to each flavor.

Needless to say, the same ZFM cart has been used for a week now with a couple drops of menthol and the rest as camel. Again, lasts 2-4 hours depending where I am.

Jolly - Yes I find that my VG juice is lasting a lot longer....I am currently using about a 50 /50 mix.

Beast - Try the BFD...I was kind of in the same boat until I started using it about a month or so ago. Now I never top off, but will drip a drop or two of the higher nic into the atty if I need a good hit to take off the edge

On a freshly filled cart with a BFD cart mod, I usually get about 4 sessions worth with my assistant manager who smokes American Spirits. Probably out there for 5-8 mins each session. I've never counted how many drags I get off each cart. On a work day I usually go through 2-3 carts. Depends how many smokers are in the store that day.

I use a modded 510 cart. I use a coffee stirrer off to the side and a clear foam filler. If I get the filler size just right, I can get about 1.5-2 hours of constant vaping. If it tastes nasty, I just tilt my pv light side down and let the juice flow.

I can't say how many drags or hits I get. I'll attempt a tally mark count.

I know you didn't ask about dripping but I think you might find my dripping technique interesting and it might be something that could work for you. I am a noob but this has been working great.

I bought 2 kits I keep all four running with the atties numbered so I know what flavors I have going on. I drip four drops in each and vape each one until I get the first taste of funk. I am good for about 2 to 3 hours before I have to drip them again. The batteries get charged about twice a day. I like it so that I have a different atty for four different flavors at a time or whatever. I will propably add another kit soon so that I will have 6 going.

honestly, i dont mind the spillover of flavors. I'm more interested in convenience. Now i use a PCC, and i keep a bottle of some kind of 5ml on me for that day and i stick with it, about 30 minutes into use, you can't taste the old flavor anymore. I try to rotate days so i can get rid of some of the eliq i'll never use otherwise. splitting up attys, and having diff. attys for different flavors makes it more of a bother than anything for me. although it would be nice if i worked from home and never had to leave the house, then i'd have them color coded and have a fresh battery for each one, liquids would be sorted by fruit, then flavor, then color, lol. but who has time now-a-days to be doing that, its more of a "drip and rip" type of atmosphere for the juggernaut e-smokers.
