Man I love my Ignis. :D

Just been happily squonking away with no spills. I haven't had the well fill much, but squonking in bed with not one drop spilt must be commended!

Video review to come, wish I could do it today my hair looks great for some reason...

really gotta wonder why you keep coming back then. if your not interested please dont troll here and jack with ambers thread.... makes you look kinda silly.

I'm so glad you said something. I just keep wondering why he/she keeps posting negative things here. I don't post much but I keep an eye on this thread. Waiting for the tank one. But from all the feed back from the beta testers I might have to get one of each lol. I do not own a bottomfeeder. I did get to try one one time. That's what put me on the hunt for one. I don't know a lot about them and what makes them good. But I do know that out of all the ones I had been looking at this is the first page I subscribe to. I just had the feeling this was the one for me. My biggest problem is picking what kind of wood. I just can't decide.

I would use a stronger adjective for that sort of unacceptable behavior.

I'm not likely to purchase one of these as they are, I'm all about the rebuildable hybrid types. Now if There is an Ignis battery holder with the nice voltage regulation that was designed to put a z-atty-u on, or other type of reuildable atty w/ tank I would be all over that. Maybe like a square instead of a rectangle since it wouldn't need the tank inside the wood.

I enjoy watching the process of a hand-made mod coming into being, and this one looks quite nice and the craftsmanship is solid.

id like to give my feedback on the ignis.
the ignis is a wood bottomfed mod that uses a dna chip for variable wattage made by amber and hubby johnny in enid oklahoma. mine is red oak with 3 red stones and a brass inlay.
when i first received my ignis my first though was wow, this is huge!! i normally like a smaller mod myself. it took me a day or so to get used to the size but im happy to say the size is no longer an issue. it most likely will be a stay at home mod great for a movie, your computer desk or even laying in bed...yes a bottomfeeder laying down, the size of the catchcup allows for this without spilling a drop!

the build and durability are great on the ignis. as said, mine is red oak with red stones and brass inlay but there will be many other options available as amber wants to cater to her customers so if it can be done you will have your ignis your way.
the ignis is solidly constructed and designed to be able to withstand an accidental drop.. i found this out myself, lol. the way the door is constructed it will not pop off as it is built to slide down and fits in nicely constructed grooves, it is very obvious that johnny has years of woodworking expertise. to secure it further there are 2 magnets on the bottom of the door to hold it solidly in place.

amber looked around and asked several people what they wanted in a catchcup and she delivered perfectly! the catchcup is large like most of us bottmfed people like and has extra room to flood away without spilling. this was a big hit for me personally and if you can overflow this cup you are a bad man..or woman!! the size of the cup also allows for use of bottomfed rebuildables which is a big plus for many these days.

the button is very nice, responsive and well placed on the front of the ignis above the hole where the bottle is housed. im able to use the button with ease and comfort with either hand.

the hole in front is how you access pushing the bottle in the ignis. the hole seems just the right size and very easy to push the bottle. i tend to use my ring finger to push and find it easy.

the bottle is a 6ml bottle, plenty big and fits nicely.

the internals of the ignis are put togather very well and solidly, not at all sloppy like some others you see.

the feed system is basically a sealed feed, small tubing coming off the top of the bottle, sliped onto brass that feeds the cup. it is solidly constructed, easy to maintain and feeds well.

the ignis uses 1 18650 and with the use of the dna chip you can set your wattage with a fresh battery and as the battery gets used up and the ignis stops hitting you can dial down a bit and continue to get great hits. when it stops hitting you will know as a red light will come on behind the dna chip.

now, this dna chip.... the chip is made by evolv and has a max rating of 12 watts!!! the chip will read the ohms of your atty and will adjust its own voltage to create the wattage output. in short if you have a 2 ohm atty on your ignis and set the wheel to your sweet spot then decide to slap on a 3 ohm atty its already set!! it will adjust for the natural ohm change that attys will have over time so it eliminates dropoff. it also does not drop off with your battery discharge over time as its completely regulated.
to adjust wattage turn the wheel counter clockwise to increase.

the ignis is a first of its kind bottomfed variable wattage mod that is well constructed, gives many options as far as wood type and decor and use of any atty or carto you want to slap on it and best of all it hits like a beast without fail. i cant wait to see what amber and johnny come up with next.

sooner, why are you thinking "stay at home mod"? Doesn't the fact that it has a juice bottle make it perfect for taking with you? Just curious.

figured that would come foggy, lol. i usually travel very light and am never far from home. i work like 5 minutes from where i live and rarely leave town so if i go out and about i usually just grab a small twist that i can throw in my pocket. now next month ill be driving across country so it will be with me then.:D

I plan on taking mine where ever, it is not like it can't be sanded and refinished. Mine doesn't have a finish and the reason I didn't want stones was because I would most likely just knock them off. As long as I don't loose it all will be just fine. I do enjoying using my purchases. I have dolls from when I was a kid mom put them up so we would have them to look at later. Guess what they are still boxed up and hold no memories.

Good point about your dolls. I've had so many questions on vaping, I bought the ECF cards to pass out. Friday I handed two out at the dentist. A week ago, one to our waitress at a pizza joint and two at a bar we stopped at to hear some live music for a few minutes. I figure I'll be lucky if 10% follow up and end up here. But, those 10% over time can add up.

(The cards themselves are free. I think mailing is $5.)

Where do you get the ECF cards? Sure would make it easier.
