Igo W fix my mistake?

Well I have too much time on my hands for a guy who likes to tinker anyways. And I know I can just buy a new one but that being said, last night I tried to drill the two tiny holes to 1/16 and broke my only 1/16 drill bit. So I went at it with tiny diamond wheel on my dremel and slotted both sides. I was very satisfied with myself untill I tried my 1.6 ohm duel coil build and realized I overshot the mark! way to much air now! so how can I cover those holes somewhat, tape or epoxy, or hot glue? I really dont want to vape any of those things! Just wondering...

The only permanent fix I would consider for a cap is to have it welded closed and re-do the hole, or build lower resistance coils and do lung hits .

A tool weld shop can do the welding for you for a few bucks. The problem will be that it will leave hard steel in the hole (and on the outside of the cap) with irregular edges that makes it tricky to cut. A cylindrical grinder would be nice for the outside diameter too.

Or maybe you can you get a new cap somewhere?

For the price of an igo-w..Trash it and buy 2 more.
