I have to thank everyone again.. The response has been great.. everything has been really useful..

I'm thinking this hcigar nemesis clone looks great, and with all the recommendations for it around here it's hard to ignore. (even though I really like the look of the m16 and the hcigar clone of that is really well priced, I haven't seen much endorsing it or not, very few reviews.) I'm kind of just sifting through site's now trying to figure out what the best deal I can get from a US site would be and if that's higher than I'm willing then what the best non us based site would be best to go through..

I'm absolutely in love with dripping so far. I want to take apart the coil I have on here now and set up a dual coil just to see, but i'm loving this one so much Lol. It's wrapped on a 1.4mm screwdriver shaft coming out to 2ohms exactly and it vapes like a beast even on my vv v3. The flavor, throat hit and amount of vapor that I get has dramatically increased the quality of my experience. Already thinking about picking up a couple different model rda's and considering getting a kayfun or russian clone from somewhere :)

You guys have been so much help, I really can't express how much I appreciate it all.

Do note that you never want to fully drain your battery on your mechanical like you can do on a regulated mod. If that's something you don't want to think about or deal with, then you could regulate your mechanical by way of a kick:
Evolv Kick 2

Or, just stick with a regulated PV for the time being. With exception of the innokin series, most PV's will not fire below 1.2-1.3ohms. (not sure if the SVD will go below 1.2)

I also highly recommend getting a resistance checker as well. Happy vaping!

I have been seriously looking at getting a kick2 just a little put off by the price... Really wish I could find one, (even second hand if that sounds like a good idea at all) for a bit cheaper.. I'll probably end up biting a bullet and putting it in the vape budget for next month along with a propper resistance checker.. I'm using my vv v3's built in resistance checker right now.

I honestly started out just wanting to get a good $50-$100 vv vw mod.. but after the advice in this thread I'm thinking cheap-ish mech is the way to go until I can afford something kick ..... Really thinking about treating myself to a Hanna Modz dna 30 after I save a couple cents.

I think the optimal setup with the kick2 is with an 18650 battery. Kicked in 18490 mode, I find battery swaps are more frequent than I care to like, more so in 18350 mode. I hardly use mine now as a result, maybe if I get a mech that can accommodate 18650 w/ kick, I may use it again. For now, I'm back to basics, just battery, mod and a 1ohm RDA ;)

built my first micro coil cotton on a mini pt2 night before last and bought an igo W and went with a micro coil and cotton on it tonight. WOW. dripping makes me wanna ditch the mini pt2

I have the Pt2. I love it. Dripping has been much better so far but I couldn't see doing it at work on break. My pro tank will get plenty of use... at least until I get a Kayfun clone mayhap

Mind if I ask which mod you use/ is your favorite( if you have more than 1 )
